Player Of The Week: August 26


Rory McIlroy is SportsCall’s Player of the Week.

McIlroy carded a final round 66, outlasting the likes of Brooks Koepka, Xander Schauffele, and Justin Thomas to win the 2019 FedEx Cup at East Lake Golf Club in Atlanta. McIlroy takes home the 15 million dollar prize, and in the process becomes just the 4th golfer ever to exceed 80 million dollars in on course earnings, joining Tiger Woods, Phil Mickelson, and Vijay Singh.
