Auburn in the NFL: Week Four

Auburn had 22 players record a snap in Week 4 of the NFL season.

Teams that do not have an active former Auburn player: Baltimore Ravens, Buffalo Bills, Dallas Cowboys, Denver Broncos, Los Angeles Chargers, Miami Dolphins, Minnesota Vikings, New Orleans Saints, New York Giants, New York Jets, Oakland Raiders, Philadelphia Eagles, Pittsburgh Steelers.

Arizona Cardinals

  • Josh Bynes, LB: Bynes recorded five tackles on Sunday versus Seattle. Bynes ranks 13th in the NFL in tackles with 32 total stops.

  • Rudy Ford, DB: Ford did not play a down on defense but recorded 22 snaps on special teams.

Atlanta Falcons

  • Josh Harris, LS: Harris was in on eight special teams snaps.

Carolina Panthers (BYE)

  • Cameron Artis-Payne, RB

  • Cam Newton, QB

Chicago Bears

  • Cody Parkey, K: Parkey was perfect on the day hitting from 46 and 50 yards. He has only missed one field goal this season.

Cincinnati Bengals

  • Carl Lawson, DE: Lawson managed to secure his first sack of the season. Lawson's sack came late in the contest which helped pave way for the Bengals to steal a win in Atlanta.

  • CJ Uzomah, TE: Uzomah reeled in one catch for six yards.

Cleveland Browns

  • Devaroe Lawrence, DT: Inactive

  • Greg Robinson, OT: Robinson participated on four special teams snaps.

Detroit Lions

  • Kerryon Johnson, RB: In three consecutive weeks, Johnson has led Detroit in rushing. Johnson recorded 55 yards on nine carries and scored his first NFL touchdown.

Green Bay Packers

  • Montravius Adams, DT: Adams logged five defensive snaps on Sunday afternoon.

  • Jermaine Whitehead, S: Whitehead continues to be a reliable backup for the Packers’ secondary. He logged 57 total snaps (39 on defense).

Houston Texans

  • Angelo Blackson, DE: Blackson was involved in over 40 percent of the defensive snaps but did not record a statistic.

  • Sammie Coates, WR: Coates was back on the field for the first time since Week 1. The fourth-year receiver recorded his first catch of the season for 12 yards.

Indianapolis Colts

  • Braden Smith, OG: Smith recorded four offensive snaps in the Colts’ overtime loss.

Jacksonville Jaguars

  • Corey Grant, RB: Grant received three offensive touches for a total of 17 yards.

Kansas City Chiefs

  • Dee Ford, LB: Ford came away with his second sack on the season on the first drive of Monday Night Football. He has recorded a sack in each of the past two weeks.

Los Angeles Rams

  • Blake Countess, DB: Countess recorded 26 total special teams snaps with two kick returns for 53 yards.

New England Patriots

  • Jonathan Jones, CB: Jones led the team with eight tackles and recorded one pass breakup.

  • Brandon King, LB: King logged 15 special teams snaps.

San Francisco 49ers

  • Shon Coleman, OT: Inactive

Seattle Seahawks

  • Neiko Thorpe, CB: Thorpe continues to be an important figure on Seattle’s special teams unit. He logged 22 plays on special teams.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers

  • Peyton Barber, RB: Barber finished the day with 24 yards on seven carries. He caught one pass on two targets.

  • Carlton Davis, CB: Davis racked up three total tackles in a loss. The rookie has recorded at least three tackles in each game this season.

Tennessee Titans

  • Daren Bates, LB: Logging 25 snaps on special teams on Sunday, Bates has played at least 21 snaps there in all four contests this season.
