Auburn in the NFL: Week Two

Arizona Cardinals (2)

  • Josh Bynes, LB: Bynes finished the day with six tackles and one pass deflection.

  • Rudy Ford, DB: Ford finished with one tackle.

Atlanta Falcons (1)

  • Josh Harris, LS: Harris returned after missing last week and was a full participant on nine snaps.

Carolina Panthers (2)

  • Cameron Artis-Payne, RB: Artis-Payne was listed as active but did not receive a carry versus Atlanta.

  • Cam Newton, QB: Newton had one of his better passing outings in quite some time with 335 passing yards with three touchdowns and one interception. He carried the ball five times for 42 yards.

Chicago Bears (1)

  • Cody Parkey, K: Parkey hit a 25-yard field goal and connected on all three extra points.

Cincinnati Bengals (2)

  • Carl Lawson, DE: Lawson played 51 defensive snaps recording two tackles.

  • CJ Uzomah, TE: Uzomah caught three passes for 45 yards. This is the fourth game of his career with over 40 yards receiving.

Cleveland Browns (2)

  • Devaroe Lawrence, DT: Lawrence was inactive on Sunday.

  • Greg Robinson, OT: Cleveland stuck with the same offensive line lineup throughout the game, which did not feature Robinson.

Detroit Lions (1)

  • Kerryon Johnson, RB: Johnson carried the ball eight times for 43 yards (long: 21). He reeled in five catches for 23 yards.

Green Bay Packers (2)

  • Montravius Adams, DT: Adams played six snaps.

  • Jermaine Whitehead, S: Whitehead recorded six total tackles with two pass deflections.

Houston Texans (2)

  • Angelo Blackson, DE: Blackson participated on 22 plays with two total tackles.

  • Sammie Coates, WR: Coates was inactive on Sunday afternoon.

Indianapolis Colts (1)

  • Braden Smith, OG: Smith was one of three active Colts to not record a snap on Sunday.

Jacksonville Jaguars (1)

  • Corey Grant, RB: Grant touched the ball 10 times for 69 yards in the home win over New England.

Kansas City Chiefs (1)

  • Dee Ford, LB: Ford was in on 65 snaps and recorded two tackles.

Los Angeles Rams (1)

  • Blake Countess, DB: Countess was in on 10 defensive snaps and 16 special teams play.

Minnesota Vikings (1)

  • Daniel Carlson, K: The rookie kicker missed all three field goal attempts versus the Packers. Carlson was waived on Monday.

New England Patriots (2)

  • Jonathan Jones, CB: Jones finished the day with three tackles.

  • Brandon King, LB: King finished the day with one stop.

San Francisco 49ers (1)

  • Shon Coleman, OT: Coleman was inactive.

Seattle Seahawks (1)

  • Neiko Thorpe, CB: Thorpe continued to make an impact on special teams playing 22 snaps.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers (2)

  • Peyton Barber, RB: Barber led the team in rushing with 22 yards on 16 carries. He caught one pass for seven yards.

  • Carlton Davis, CB: Davis had six tackles with one pass breakup.

Tennessee Titans (1)

  • Daren Bates, LB: Bates recorded 22 snaps on special teams in Tennessee’s home opener.

Washington Redskins (1)

  • Casey Dunn, C: Dunn was listed as inactive on Sunday.
