New Game Day Experiences Coming to Jordan-Hare Stadium in 2017

With a new season on the horizon, Auburn University is striving to make the game day experience at Jordan-Hare Stadium a memorable one. From game day traffic changes, to food and drink options, Saturday's in Auburn are sure to be unlike any other.

TAILGATING/RV/PARKING:

Auburn has enhanced the tailgating experience on campus in a variety of ways, including changing the time of when RV's can park at the Facilities and Community Garden lots. Fans can now set up shop at 2 P.M. on Thursday afternoon, as opposed to the former time of 4 P.M. on Friday. During Iron Bowl week, the lots will open at 2 P.M. on Wednesday, November 22.

A new outdoor club will be located in the Plainsman Park parking lot. It will be open to the public and food and beverages will be available for purchase.

More vendor options outside the stadium: The north end zone concourse has expanded by 60%, allowing for more food vendors, as well as more tents and grills. Some of those vendors include Philly Connection, Bodacious Burgers, and Jim 'N Nicks barbecue.

Fans also have the chance to win prizes thanks to the Tiger Walk Street Team in tailgate areas around the stadium. There will also be a Tiger Walk sign making station.

Take a picture before the game. There are new photo opportunities with mannequins and corporate partner integration.

Tiger Transit shuttles will operate to downtown Auburn pregame, and from downtown to War Eagle Way after the game.

IN-STADIUM FOOD AND BEVERAGE OPTIONS:

Jordan-Hare Stadium has added four new concession stands, and 61 new point-of-sale areas. So fans can enjoy stadium favorites in a more convenient way.

Hydration station's will still be available during games, but water cups will now be 12 ounces.

There will be three designed cups for purchase at concession stands around Jordan-Hare Stadium

GAME DAY FEATURES IN STADIUM:

Fans can get a better idea of how far the Tigers need to go for a first down. The video board will now feature a first down marker during live action

Need to leave your seat? No worries! Jordan-Hare Stadium has added 45 new televisions around the upper concourse for better viewing

Each Auburn Football Gameday Program will have a unique pull-out poster inside. Collect all seven for a special, seamless image

Download the official Auburn Mobile App for in-game features, and to be involved in contests within the stadium

A new medical bag location has been added near gate 18, aiding fans on both the east and west sides of the stadium

Fan of Auburn Basketball? The celebrity "N" that is a popular fixture at home basketball games will now be featured at the end of the third quarter at football games

Color days: Remember to wear a coordinating color to home games this season!

(All Orange): vs Georgia Southern

(True Blue): vs Georgia

(Stripe the Stadium): vs Mississippi State

(Military Appreciation): vs Ole Miss

The student section will also feature a DJ during home games

PRE-SATURDAY OPPORTUNITIES:

Fans have enjoyed touring the Auburn locker room and other facilities over the years, Auburn will expand the tours beginning in 2017. The Friday prior to the season opener against Georgia Southern, fans will have to chance to explore the baseball locker room at Plainsman Park as well

The Auburn Downtown Merchants Association will host Come Home to the Corner on Fridays before Georgia Southern (9/1), Mississippi State (9/29), Ole Miss (10/6), Georgia (11/10) and Alabama (11/24).
