Three Tigers Invited to NFL Combine

Three former Auburn Football Tigers will have a chance to show their talents to a host of NFL Scouts during the NFL Combine in Indianapolis, Indiana beginning February 28.
Carl Lawson will join seniors Montravius Adams and Rudy Ford in performing test and evaluations in front of NFL scouts, general managers, and coaches from February 28- March 6.
Montravius Adams and Carl Lawson are each expected to be drafted in the first three rounds, while Ford is projected in the later rounds. Of the three invited, Ford had the highest tackle total with 59. Adams and Lawson were behind him with 44 and 30 respectively. Lawson led the team in sacks with 9, while Adams picked up 4.5. 2016 was Lawson’s first full season as a Tiger, injuries kept him sidelined for most of his career until this season, where he declared for the NFL Draft a season early.
The date for Auburn’s Pro Day will be announced at a later time.
