Auburn Soccer Opens SEC Tournament Today

After earning the second seed in the SEC tournament, and earning a bye in round one, Auburn Soccer learned who they would face on Wednesday to open their run in Orange Beach… The Tennessee Volunteers. The match will begin at 12:00 P.M. Auburn will face the Volunteers just six days after playing them to close out the regular season, which was a 3-1 Auburn victory. Auburn is making its 21st appearance in the SEC Tournament and will compete as the second seed for the fourth time in team history. Their 9-wins this season ties a school record for the most in a season. An Auburn win would give them their 10th opening round win in school history and would propel them to the semi-finals, that would be held on Friday at 6:00 P.M. Auburn would face the winner of Arkansas vs. Vanderbilt if they were able to pick up a win today against Tennessee.
